BRIDGEWATER - Sue Altman got to Rebecca Bennett’s election night party before the polls closed.

Two years ago, this was Altman’s party.

“This could have been you,” someone said to her.

Indeed.

Altman lost that race to Tom Kean.

Now she is looking ahead, not behind.

“I don’t think about that (2024) at all,” she said.

“I think Rebecca Bennett is going to be a great congresswoman.”
