Kris Kolluri, President and CEO of NJ Transit, joins Steve Adubato to discuss the unique leadership challenges in his role and the efforts to improve the service, reliability, and fiscal health of public transportation in New Jersey.

As part of the conversation, Steve asks Kolluri why he took on the role of President and CEO of NJ Transit. Kolluri explains that Governor Murphy wanted him to help finish the work already underway. He describes NJ Transit as an extraordinarily complex organization with both internal and external challenges and sees it as a privilege to take on this responsibility and work closely with the governor to implement key initiatives.
