Appearing before Governor Phil Murphy’s NJEDA Task Force this morning, state Senator Ray Lesniak, prime sponsor of controversial 2013 EDA tax incentive legislation, opened with harsh criticism of both the task force and Murphy, saying that $11 billion was not squandered.
