Over Murphy Objection, Assembly Passes PFRS Bill 67-2-7

TRENTON – A bill that the front office attempted to halt today nonetheless passed in the General Assembly by a vote of 67-2-7.

“Brutal,” opined one wag in the vicinity of the Democrats.

The same bill passed 34-2 in the Senate.

The two opponents of the bill were Republicans.
