Breaking News: New Jersey Assembly Announces Judiciary Committee Hearing For Driver's Licenses Bill A4743 on December 9th 

Assemblywoman Annette Quijano released a statement condemning President Donald Trump's comments telling four Democratic Congresswomen to go back where they came from. She said criticism seems to know no boundaries and it provides a false sense of privilege to many who feel that it’s okay to say anything or attack a person with whom they disagree.

(Trenton) November 25th, 2019-- Advocates for expanded access to driver’s licenses for all residents thank Deputy Majority Leader Assemblywoman Quijano, prime sponsor of A4743, for her leadership and announcement of a committee hearing in the Assembly Judiciary Committee on Monday, December 9th for the bill that would allow more residents to have the opportunity to access a standard driver’s license.

 

The Let’s Drive campaign is grateful for the Assembly leadership for making access to driver’s licenses for all qualified residents a priority. We are looking forward to making this a reality for all communities in New Jersey, regardless of immigration status.
