OUT OF TOUCH: Jack Ciattarelli Praises High Utility Costs as a “Big Help” to His Campaign

New Jerseyans are struggling with sky-high utility costs. Career politician Jack Ciattarelli thinks it’s a “big help” politically.

BLOOMFIELD — Jack Ciattarelli is celebrating the out-of-control utility costs that are crushing New Jersey families, saying it’s abig helpto his campaign.

Mikie Sherrill is the only candidate in this race with a plan to end the utility rate hikes and lower costs by declaring a State of Emergency on Utility Costs on Day One. But Jack is only in this race for himself, even when it costs New Jerseyans.

“It is appalling that Jack Ciattarelli is celebrating the fact that Garden State families are being crushed by sky-high utility costs. I’ll take on anyone to lower energy bills and make life more affordable for families. Jack supports Trump’s bill that will raise utility costs by hundreds of dollars, making New Jerseyans foot the bill,” said Mikie Sherrill.

Transcript:

Fox Business Host: “This past spring, there was a 17% rate increase that was passed. How much is that helping you?”

Jack Ciattarelli: “It's a big help.”
