Vitale Commends Murphy’s Historic Supreme Court Nominee

Trenton - Senate Health Committee Chair Senator Joseph Vitale today issued the following statement on the nomination of Fabiana Pierre-Louis to serve on the New Jersey Supreme Court:

“I applaud the historic nomination of Fabiana Pierre-Louis to our state’s highest court. Diversity is New Jersey’s greatest strength, and while white men have dominated the court’s seats, this nomination marks the beginning of a new, fully inclusive chapter in our court and our state’s history. Pierre-Louis is highly qualified and will bring a brilliant perspective to the court that is long overdue.
