Voting Starts for Final Four Products in 'Coolest Thing Made in NJ' Competition

Voting for the final four products starts today in the second annual Coolest Thing Made in New Jersey competition presented this year by Withum and powered by NJBIA.

Through the first three rounds of voting and nearly 70,000 votes, the initial list of 72 unique made-in-New Jersey products has been pared down to four finalists.

Voting to determine the winner in this final matchup will remain open until 11:59 p.m., Monday, April 20.

The winner of the competition is scheduled to be announced at the State of the State of Manufacturing event at the Statehouse on May 21.

“It has been very rewarding to see not only the breadth of New Jersey creations over the past month, but also to see nearly 70,000 votes generated so far reflecting that enthusiasm for manufacturing in the state,” said NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka and NJMEP CEO Peter Connolly.

“We look forward to the remaining days of rigorous voting for these final four products and recognizing the winner at the Statehouse next month.”

For the remainder of the voting session, people may submit a ballot once per day, per device after selecting the product they think is the “coolest thing made in New Jersey.”
