Unofficial Results: Kim Beats Richter 2-1 in Burlington County
In that half of the district he was projected to win, incumbent U.S. Rep. Andy Kim (D-3) stomped on Republican challenger David Richter in Burlington.
His margin - unofficially - was 2-1, as was the margin of victory by Democrat Joe Biden over incumbent Republican President Donald J. Trump.
